Until one day, my dad was visiting and told me about this quick, easy and odorless technique to make any kind of fish… Let’s say that it changed my life and my diet!
I decided to call this recipe Salmon 5, because it literally takes 5 steps (including buying it and eating it). Only 2 ingredients (including the salmon itself) and 5 minutes at 500*. And last, 5 minutes under the broiler!
