Superfood Reference Guide

The diet guide from Precision Nutrition uses this list of superfoods. They are particularly rich in macronutrients, micronutrients, and phytonutrients. Many are low-calorie and fiber-rich.

The following list will be handy for grocery shopping. When starting a healthier life style can provide the information you might need without counting calories. And it is and “affirmative” nutrition plan, focusing on what you should consume instead of on what you shouldn’t eat.

My daily meals are pretty much based on these superfoods, but also including chicken breast, 90-95% lean turkey breast, other cold water types of fish, a ridiculous amount of vegetables, etc… But to start is a great guide and I hope it will help you as much as it did to me!
