A couple of nights ago, one of my friends posted a video of a recipe called “Peanut Noodle Salad”… I was literally drooling over it and decided to make it not only GlutenFree but also a version that I could have for dinner. As you will see in one of the pictures below, I decided to boil the “#Zunoodles” (aka: zucchini noodles) but I wasn’t crazy about the texture… I rather keep the crunchiness of the raw zucchini. I also made Ahi Tuna Steak to pair it with this salad … It was SOOOOO GOOD! However, is a dish rich in fat! Just saying!
