I used to make this recipe long ago when I was following the Paleo Plan, which I still “kind of do” if you analyze what I USUALLY eat. (I’m NOT full on Paleo).
I find this recipe very easy and versatile, being the perfect dinner, lunch and even brunch! It’s like the perfect pair of jeans … You can dress them up or you can dress them down! It’s all about the accessories (in this crab cake’s case would be all about the side dishes) … Enjoy!
