Salad For Breakfast?!

I am lucky enough to LOVE and even crave salads. I have them twice a day and can’t even conceive the idea of a meal without it! (My new favorite dressing is just a splash of balsamic vinegar). For breakfast? Not so much! Unless is this way… I put everything in the blender -with a glass of water and minus the Balsamic Vinegar, of course!- and off I go! I drink it and I instantly feel full and refresh. #Micronutrients … Pair it with a good source of protein, like a 4 egg whites omelette, and you will have #BreakfastForChampions!
