For the last 2+ years I have been following on social media a Venezuelan Fitness Guru (#SaschaFitness) … She has written 2 books, gives conferences all around Latin America, has her own “reality show” (well, she has a Snap Chat account ), does have a YouTube Chanel and is launching her own Protein line AND an app! (Can you say #VenezuelanPride). The following recipe is from her first book (sorry, it is in Spanish, but I’m here to help!) and I aways make it because is wayyyyyyyyy better than the ones that come in a jar, which are packed with sugar and are high in sodium. You will always find them in my fridge! It is perfect to add on some yummy zucchini noodles, or on grilled chicken, or you can add some capers and some fish… The possibilities are endless and you know it is all from scratch and delicious!
